Aged mortgage protection leads from other agents’ campaigns, priced per lead by age. Buy as few as 10.
Not every lead gets worked to the end. The 2nd Chance Marketplace gives those homeowners a second agent, and gives you real IVR responses without ordering a mail drop.
Where the leads come from
Every lead in the marketplace started as a real response to one of our Mortgage Protection IVR mailers: a homeowner called in, entered their PIN, and answered our questions. It was delivered to the agent who ordered that mail. After a month, if that agent hasn't marked it sold, it becomes available here for a second agent to work.
Priced by age
The older the lead, the lower the price. Leads are grouped from 1–2 months old up to 4–6 years old. A lead sells to one agent per age group, so while you work a lead, no other agent can buy it in that same age group.
Gold and Silver
Gold leads have all four answers from the call: the best callback number, age, health, and tobacco use. Silver leads are missing one or more of them. They cost less and still have the homeowner's name, address, and mortgage details.
How buying works
Pick your states or counties, choose how many Gold and Silver leads you want from each age group, and check out by card. Leads are held for you while you pay, then land in your lead portal under 2nd Chance, ready to work and export. There is no mailing minimum and no subscription.

A 3.5% card fee is added at checkout. Availability depends on your area and changes daily; the marketplace shows live counts once you sign in.
Good to know
- The agent who first ordered a lead keeps it in their account. These leads have been contacted before.
- A lead marked sold never enters the marketplace. Neither does one flagged as bad contact info.
- All second-chance sales are final once delivered. A lead that becomes unavailable before delivery is replaced or refunded.
