Agents who receive consumer leads are independent businesses responsible for their own use of those leads, including compliance with TCPA, Do-Not-Call, CAN-SPAM, state insurance rules, advertising rules, and applicable privacy and data-security laws.
4. Lead Delivery and Communications
For IVR programs, leads may be delivered by text message to the mobile number on an agent's profile and through the in-app lead portal. For mail-back programs, responses may be returned by mail over a period of weeks.
If you provide a mobile number to us, we may send operational text messages related to your account, orders, subscriptions, or leads. Message and data rates may apply. Delivery depends on carriers and is not guaranteed.
5. Cookies and Analytics
We may use cookies, pixels, local storage, analytics tools, and similar technologies to operate the website and platform, remember preferences, maintain sessions, improve performance, understand usage, and help secure our Services.
You can adjust browser settings to block or delete cookies. Some platform features may not work properly if cookies are disabled.
6. Payments
Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. We may receive limited payment-related information, such as payment status, transaction identifiers, billing contact information, payment type, and partial card details. Payment processors handle payment information under their own terms and privacy policies.
7. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no system, transmission, or storage method is completely secure. Agents are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and limiting account access to authorized individuals.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, manage accounts and subscriptions, deliver leads, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain records, and support legitimate business purposes.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, the purpose for collection, legal requirements, and operational needs.
9. Your Choices
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, subject to legal and operational limitations.
Agents may update certain account information in the platform. After the applicable minimum commitment period described in the Terms of Service, agents may pause or cancel subscriptions according to the cancellation rules shown at checkout and in the account.
You may opt out of non-operational marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link or contacting us. We may still send transactional or service-related messages.

California privacy rights may include the right to know, access, delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, and not be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights. California's Attorney General describes these rights in its CCPA guidance, and the FTC also emphasizes that companies should honor the privacy promises they make and use appropriate safeguards for personal information in its privacy and security business guidance.
