Mortgage Protection Mail-Back

Higher-intent responses returned by mail.

Same recent-mortgage-holder audience as our IVR program, delivered as a 1/3-page mailer in a #10 window envelope with a postage-paid Business Reply Envelope. Prospects read about the program before they respond, so intent tends to run higher.

How a lead is created

The prospect completes the response card and drops it in the mail using the prepaid return envelope. Returned cards are captured and delivered to you with the prospect's details.

Response timing

Leads start returning about 3–4 weeks after your mail date. The majority come back between 3 and 6 weeks, and a drop is considered mature at 8 weeks. With smaller quantities you'll see week-to-week swings in response rate; you'll have a reliable read once you've accumulated around 5,000 pieces.

Fresh vs. aged data

Fresh data uses the most recent mortgage records; aged data uses older records at a lower cost per thousand. Choose based on your budget and how quickly you want to work the territory.

Cadence

Mailed weekly as a subscription. Changes can be made anytime and typically take effect within 24–48 hours depending on where we are in the print run. Cancel and the territory is released to other agents.
