Mortgage Protection is marketed to people who recently bought or refinanced a home. We mail first-class postcards to recent mortgage holders in the counties you choose — the card references their lender, loan amount, and loan date, and notes that the information came from public records and that a licensed agent may reach out.
How a lead is created
The consumer calls the toll-free number on the card and enters their unique Mortgage PIN, which identifies them by name. They hear a short message about Mortgage Protection, answer a few keypad questions, and enter the best number to reach them. The instant they finish, a lead is generated and texted to you in real time — caller ID, name, address, their answers, and the callback number — and the same lead lands in your in-app lead portal.
Why IVR is fast
We receive mortgage data quickly and mail first-class, so you're often one of the first vendors in the home. The IVR captures responses the moment a prospect calls, which makes it the quickest way to get a lead in front of you.
Fresh vs. aged data
Fresh data uses the most recent mortgage records and carries the highest response rates. Aged data uses older records at a lower cost per thousand — a great way to stretch budget while you scale. Both deliver leads the same way.
Cadence
Mortgage Protection runs as a weekly subscription. You set it up once and we mail every week; you can pause or cancel anytime from your orders. Territory is first-come, first-served — once a subscription is cancelled, the county opens back up to other agents.
